Less of Me, Wk#38

Wow! All I can say is, "God is good." This week I lost 3 lbs, bringing my total weight loss to 47.6 lbs. I now weigh 163.2 lbs. Praise the Lord!

I attribute this week's success totally to the Lord. I was praying to just see a loss of two tenths of a pound. I never imagined to see a 3 lb weight loss. This has really boosted my spirit. I'm on my way to reaching that 1 yr. goal I set for myself. Thanks for your continued prayers and encouragement.
